| Description | I'm trying to do the protection paladin artifact quest "To Norhtrend" (quest id - 42002) and the 2 npcs that are supposed to be in Howling Fjord, aren't. I've tried relogging, deleting cache, flying around the zone... Even made a second paladin to see if it was an issue with Lightforged Dranei. I am unable to pursue the artifact. | ||||
