Summary	0001332: Inscription Questline
Description	Once a Scribe Like You (quest id - 39949). After killing Inkrot, he cannot be looted, ergo, the quest cannot be completed and the inscription chain cannot progress.
Steps To Reproduce	Multiple characters and accounts, same circumstance.
