Summary	0001352: Dungeon Issues
Description	Been having issues for a while with a few dungeons. Blackrook Hold - The gates at the front of the entrance are both down, more often than not. They are currently both up but the fix comes and goes. Court of Stars - Speaking to the Chatty Rumormongers gives no text so figuring out which Suspicious Noble is the person of interest is impossible. As well, accusing any of the Suspicious Nobles does nothing. I am not kicked from the party nor do they acknowledge they are the person of interest. Maw of Souls - After blowing the horn just beyond the first boss, I am teleported below the map. Seat of the Triumvirate - The door after the first boss does not come down and the instance cannot be completed. Most, if not all of these instances are required for class halls and core progression.
Steps To Reproduce	Multiple characters, classes and accounts. All have the same outcome.
