if you check the page you posted it states "Side: Horde" it won't be available for aliance at all - that's a quest that's from classic for the Epic mount ravasaur raptor "Venomhide Ravasaur" (https://www.wowhead.com/item=46102/whistle-of-the-venomhide-ravasaur) |

So - i got a fresh horde character - went to Un'Goro did the two pre-quests https://www.wowhead.com/quest=13850/toxic-tolerance and https://www.wowhead.com/quest=13887/venomhide-eggs which are even mentioned on the page you linked and am now able to just accept this quest |
