Summary0000858: Quest: Grandma's Cat
DescriptionChance the Cat sits on a rock, cat be interacted with but it only opens a blank dialog, no other thing happens, Lucius the Cruel does not spawn, effectively blocking whole quest chain and making the starting Worgen questline unfinishable.
Tried going repeatedly into quest area, searching further away and restarting the quest, with no change.

just click on the cat and the script will play and the npc will appear so the quest can be completed and the quest chain can be continued.
