Summary0000934: Hellscream's Heirlooms
Descriptionthe shop sells Hellscream's heirlooms, yet they are 0/1 upgradable, but when using [Weathered Heirloom Scabbard] it says the heirloom is already fully upgraded
preventing them from going higher then 620 (695 is max)

Hello yes this is not a bug at the moment but a custom script when you buy the heirloom item it will be added to the transmogs and as soon as you buy it it will upgrade to 110 and this is also controlled by the custom script.
